Free UK Delivery on all orders over £50

 


Tamworth Camping are pleased to offer a speedy and reliable delivery service across the UK, with all items dispatched from our UK-based online distribution centre. 

Trusted to deliver.

We run an efficient dispatch operation that adheres to quick turnaround times. All items you see on our website are in stock with us at our fulfillment centre in Burton on Trent. In the peak season we dispatch almost 1000 orders a day and are trusted to fulfill Amazon prime orders. 

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3pm on the same working day and guarantee same day dispatch for orders placed before 1pm.

Once your order is sent you'll automatically receive tracking information allowing you to follow the progress of your order.

We send to all parts of the UK with Royal Mail and Yodel.

We offer the same delivery rates for the whole of the UK including NI and Scottish Highlands. Please note that the UK does not include the Crown Dependencies (Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man) or Overseas Territories.

Shipments to Scottish Highlands or UK islands may arrive a day or two later than advertised. This will be in line with the standard delivery times in those areas. A full list of affected postcodes can be found here.

Your delivery options.

Items sent with standard shipping should arrive within 2-3 working days of dispatch. Standard shipping is free for all orders over £50 and £3.99 for all orders below £50.

Items sent with expedited shipping should arrive the next working day after dispatch. Expedited shipping is £5.99 for all orders.

Brexit.

Unfortunately due to the challenges associated with Brexit we can only ship to the UK or Crown Dependencies at this time. We are no longer able to ship to any EU countries including Republic of Ireland. The service to Northern Ireland is unaffected.

Problem with your delivery?

Whilst the vast majority of Tamworth Camping orders are delivered on time, there can occasionally be issues with our courier partners which may result in your item being delayed or damaged in transit. If you need help contact our customer service team.
